NexStar III – Remote Link Issue

Operators of NexStar 3 cranes could experience a shorter wireless range or the remote dropping the link to the receiver unexpectedly. This is due to an incorrect component used in the manufacture of the remote.

There is a serial number inside the battery cover of the remote that can be cross-checked with the attached list of identified remotes at the end of this bulletin. The remedy is contact our customer service team to return the defective remote and receive a free of charge replacement.
