What Makes Auto Crane Outriggers Better with a Titan Body?

We have designed our outriggers with the body and crane to compliment one another and increase the overall rigidity of the truck. Key features include:

• Stability with 100% capacity all around the lift zone with just the one set of outriggers
  • Allows you to set the load down on the side of the truck to perform work like the example below
• Only rear outriggers to deploy (faster setup is more productivity)
• Lighter weight without front outriggers (more payload)

Real World Example

This mechanic used the HC-12 crane to pick a 7,100 lb engine and transmission at 12-1/2 ft out and lift it over the rails of the haul truck then safely set it at the side of the truck with the Titan 85 body and outrigger package. The mechanic saved time by not having to remove the rails from the haul truck or separate the transmission from the engine to make the lift in the first place.

With the engine safely set on the side of the truck, the competitor crane couldn’t even lift the load with the truck ideally positioned off the back bumper.
